1 Kg Self-Raising Flour 15 Ml Baking Powder
2 Ml Salt 125 G Digestive Bran
200 G All Bran Flakes 300 G Brown Sugar
100 G Raisins 500 G Butter
2 Eggs 500 Ml Buttermilk
Combine All The Dry Ingredients And Sugar. Melt Butter And Add. Combine Egg And Mix To A Soft But Manageable Dough. Form Into Balls And Pack Into Greased Loaf Tins. Bake At 160Âșc For 50 - 55 Minutes. Remove From Oven, Cool Slightly, Break Apart And Place On A Tray And Dry Out In A Warm Oven.
