Chocolate water cake

2 cups of flour
2 1/4 cups of sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
8 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp.salt
1 stick melted butter*
2 eggs slightly beaten
2 cups of water

Mix dry ingredients well
add water, eggs and butter
batter will be thin
Pour into 9x13 pan
Bake at 350F or 180C 30-35 min. or until toothpick comes out clean.
After cooking and cooling, you can freeze half of the cake for later use.
A very moist cake.

* 1 stick of butter = 113.5 gr or 1/4 pound or 4 ounce or 1/2 cup or 8 tablespoons or 14 teaspoons
