Carrot Cake

 

JENNY'S CARROT CAKE


250 ml          Sugar
180 ml          Oil
    3                 Eggs
250 ml          Flour
 10 ml            Baking Powder
  2 ml              Salt
  7 ml              Cinnamon
  7 ml              Allspice
500 ml          Grated Carrots (finely grate)

Method:
1.    Blend Sugar and oil together.
2.    Add eggs one at a time and add to the above
3.    Sift dry ingredients and add to the above.
4.    Fold in carrots
5.    Pour into a rectangular dish.
6.    Bake for 45 minutes @ 180°
7.    Icing of your choice.
